1.
Clean peppers and carrots. Wash and finely chop the peppers. Finely chop the carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat Stir in the tomato puree, sauté briefly and deglaze with barbecue sauce.
Second
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for about 5 minutes on a low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Third
Drain mozzarella, slice. Rub Gouda fine. Take the croissant dough out of the package, unroll it and place it with the pointed side inwards, overlapping each other to form a ring (about 26 cm Ø) on baking paper.
4th
Center dough ring with boiled ham, sprinkle on 2/3 of the Gouda and spread the mince over it. Cover each with a layer of salami and mozzarella.
5th
Fold the inside tips and outer edge of the croissant dough over to the middle to form a closed ring. Lightly press. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with remaining Gouda.
6th
Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / circulating air: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Remove the crunchy ring from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with oregano.
